 Navigation, books, and pages

The left side of the screen lists the books (chapters) and pages (topics) in this manual. By double-clicking a book, you can see the topics in that chapter. By double-clicking a topic, you can read the information on that topic.

Content, Index, and Search buttons

At the upper left corner of this window, you'll see three buttons:

l Contents shows the books and topics.

l Index lists keywords.

l Search shows a list of all words.

Click on any item in the left column and you can go straight to the item.

A word or words highlighted in red letters is called a "link," or hypertext jump. Links indicate a reference to another piece of information. Usually this information is on another section within the manual, but sometimes the information is on a web site on the internet. When you click on the highlighted area, the page changes. If the link goes to the internet, you must be on-line for the link to work.

If you want to return to the previous page, click on the Back button of your browser, usually denoted as a pair of arrows in the upper left-hand of the active window.

After you read a topic, or page, there is usually a link at the bottom at the bottom of the page. In some cases, there is an image instead of red text. When you click on the image, you are presented with a menu of related items to choose from- just click and you'll go.
